Stock & Cost Controller – Head Office
Location: Heathrow Full-time | Permanent Retail / Fashion / FMCG
We’re seeking a commercially minded Stock & Cost Controller to join a global company working in their UK Head Office team and play a pivotal role in driving inventory accuracy and cost efficiency across the business. This is a high-impact role suited to someone who thrives on data, detail, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyse stock levels across stores, warehouses, and channels
* Lead regular stock audits and investigate discrepancies
* Working within the Finance team working with other area’s to optimise inventory flow
* Track operational costs and support budget planning
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and support margin improvement initiatives
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior stakeholders
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in stock control, cost analysis, or commercial finance
* Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
* Ability to communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance teams
* Retail, hospitality, or FMCG background preferred
* Should possess minimum Degree in Finance or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar position.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Good analytics and reporting skills.
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced
