Stock & Production Administrator | Yeovil | £32,000
We’re looking for a highly organised Stock & Production Administrator to join our team in Yeovil. In this vital role, you’ll support our busy production teams by preparing detailed worksheets, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage production worksheets and documentation
Liaise daily with production supervisors and team leads
Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
Maintain and update spreadsheets and production records
Assist in streamlining and improving administrative processes
What We’re Looking For:
Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across teams
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable
