Are you ?

An experienced people-manager

Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer driven environment

Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency

Motivated to consistently achieve targets

You will need to have strong supervisory or management experience (retail preferred but not mandatory). 

Be comfortable with a very fast‑paced, hands‑on retail environment.

Consistently be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and strong people leadership.

Be able to commit to flexible working (weekends included).
