We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to oversee, open and manage a brand-new amazing retail store in the heart of Amsterdam! You will recruit a new team and lead them to opening a store that will form part of a wider expansion piece across Europe! We want a Store Manager who can develop people's skills and put processes in place to move the store forward. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences while driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities as our new Store Manager:

Take full ownership of all departments in a stunning store

Have the skills and experience to ensure smooth daily operations and a high standard of customer service.

Lead, coach, and inspire your team as a Store Manager, helping them grow professionally and achieve their goals.

Monitor sales, budgets, and KPIs to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

Maintain operational excellence, including stock management, cash handling, and compliance with company procedures.

Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and maximize profitability.

Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation, making sure standards are consistently high.

Recruit, train, and retain the best talent to build a strong, engaged team under your leadership as a Store Manager.

Represent the store in the community through events and local outreach programs to build the brand and reputation
