You'll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting and inspiring the team, and helping to create a welcoming space that customers genuinely enjoy spending time in.

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager
  * Take full ownership of the store, motivating, supporting, and developing a strong, engaged team.

  * Drive the team towards sales, KPI, and profitability goals, proactively identifying ways to improve performance and maximise opportunities.
