An iconic global name in luxury - known for its authenticity, craftsmanship, and cultural relevance - is seeking a Store Manager to lead its prestigious boutique in Berlin.
This is more than a retail leadership role: it's an opportunity to shape team culture, elevate the customer experience, and bring luxury values to life on the boutique floor.
Your Role:
Own the commercial, operational, and cultural performance of the store
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences
Champion CRM and clienteling strategies to drive customer loyalty and long-term value
Ensure operational excellence across stock, visual merchandising, and team standards
Act as a brand ambassador - representing heritage, discretion, and luxury service standards
Build a values-led culture that celebrates individuality, inclusion, and excellence
What You Bring:
4+ years of experience in a luxury retail leadership role (Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager)
Proven success in driving store performance through clienteling and customer loyalty initiatives
Commercial acumen with confidence in using KPIs to inform decisions
A hands-on, visible leadership style - coaching and inspiring teams day-to-day
Fluent in English - this is essential
German language skills are a strong plus
Composed, professional, and passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences
