Take full ownership of daily store operations, ensuring an outstanding customer journey

Handle key HR responsibilities such as recruitment, training, development, and payroll

Monitor sales trends and stock performance to maximise results and profitability
Oversee visual merchandising and ensure compliance with brand and health & safety standardsWhat we're looking for:
Previous experience as a Store Managerin a premium/luxury retail environment is preferred
A background in jewellery or accessorieswould be an advantage!
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and communication skills
