A premium fashion retailer is launching a brand-new store in Bath this September and is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of the site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand with a strong focus on sustainability, customer service, and community.
As Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience and setting the tone for the in-store culture. You'll be responsible for leading a small team, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering an outstanding level of service in line with the brand’s ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring high standards of presentation, service, and customer care
Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted brand ambassador
Manage, train, and motivate a small team to ensure consistent performance and engagement
Support stock control, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks
Deliver against store KPIs and contribute to the wider success of the brand launchWhat We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager or Assistant Manager role within a premium retail environment
A warm, enthusiastic, and people-focused approach
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and follow-up
A calm, confident communicator with empathy and professionalism
