Responsibilities:
As a Stores Coordinator, you will:
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
Assist with the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to fulfil orders
Maintain a clean and organised storeroom
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies
Provide exceptional support to team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Previous experience in a similar role or warehouse environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience with stock control software
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment
Understanding of supply chain processes
Technologies:

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Warehouse Management Software (Desirable)
