Job Title: Stores Operative
Location: Melksham
Pay Rate: £14.40 per hour
Hours: Monday-Thursday 07:00-15:30, Friday 07:00-12:00 (37 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary - 3 months
We're currently recruiting for a Stores Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Melksham.
This role is based within the Stores department, supporting production by ensuring all required parts are accurately picked, packed, and prepared into kits ready for assembly.
Main Duties:
Picking and packing components into kits for production.
Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail when sorting parts.
Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
Working as part of a small, friendly team to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or kitting role preferred.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a leading manufacturer. While the role starts on a 3-month temporary basis, there could be potential for further opportunities within the company for the right person
