Job Description

Job Title: Stores Person (with Driving license)
 Location: Southam, Warwickshire, CV47
 Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour

 Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:30 – 16:00
 About the Role

 We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hands-on Stores Person to join a busy and growing team in Southam. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with occasional driving, ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing customer orders accurately
Receiving, checking and storing goods
Loading and unloading deliveries (FLT use if licensed)
Delivering and collecting goods when required
Completing dispatch paperwork and updating stock records
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site
Supporting stock control and flagging low stock levels
Assisting with stock takes and general warehouse duties
Carrying out light assembly work when required

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a stores or warehouse role
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Valid FLT licence (desirable, not essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Organised and methodical approach
Good communication skills and team player
Ability to prioritise workload and use initiative
Comfortable with some heavy lifting
