Job Description
DC Personnel are recruiting for a Stores person for a specialist supplier and online retailer located in Leicestershire.
Full time permanent role
Salary £28k - £30k per annum depending on experience, to achieve the higher rate
Hours 7:30 - 4:30 Monday - Thursday & 7:30 - 12:30 Friday. 39 hours per week
Own transport is preferred or able to commute
You will be required to:
• Operate and run the stores department
• Check arrival dates, check items for damages and quantities
• Quality inspection of goods
• Maintain safe working practices in the stores and with a clean and tidy environment
• Report any discrepancies to the shop floor manager
Ideal candidate will have :
• Good communication skills
• An eye for detail and numerical skills
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Windows systems
• Well organised and have a structured approach
• Able to work under pressure to deliver against deadlines
Ideally you will come from a stores background and have experience in stores or stores administration
