Responsibilities:
Receive and check incoming deliveries against documentation
Liaise with suppliers to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies
Pick and prepare parts/products in line with job cards
Handle and move products safely, following manual handling procedures
Key Knowledge & Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Understanding of product traceability, including stock history, batch numbers, certificates of conformity, and work orders
Knowledge of stock rotation principles
Strong grasp of units of measure
Familiarity with key documentation such as certificates and despatch notes
Forklift licence is advantageous
Experience with courier booking systems, transport paperwork, and dispatch processes is desirable
Commitment to safe manual handling practices
