Stores & Small Works Coordinator - Part Time
£16.50 per hour | 25 hours per week | Flexible hours
We're seeking an organised and proactive Stores & Small Works Coordinator to support a busy Estates team on a part-time, 12-month temporary contract. This role involves managing materials and stock, supporting small works requests, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ordering of materials, PPE and supplies, and raise purchase orders
- Manage stock levels, carry out regular stock checks and ensure safe storage of deliveries
- Process invoices, delivery notes and supplier queries
- Support waste management processes and arrange collections
- Assist with small works tasks, including ordering materials and liaising with engineering teams
- Provide general admin support as required
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a stores, facilities or estates environment (ideally including healthcare)
- Comfortable with manual handling and using basic equipment such as pallet trucks
- Experience with purchase orders and invoice processing (desirable)
- Able to manage a busy workload independently
- Basic IT skills (Word & Excel)
Hours & Contract:
- 12-month temporary contract
