Location: Welham Green
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Mon- Thurs 07:30 - 16:30 Fri 07:30 - 12:30

What You'll Do:
As our Stores Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient operation of our stores department. Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment 📦
Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams for smooth inventory processes 🤝
Implementing best practises for stock control and storage efficiency
Leading and mentoring a team of warehouse staff, fostering a positive work environment 🌈
Conducting regular audits to maintain accurate inventory records 📊
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in all store activities
Who You Are:
We're looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Previous experience in a stores or warehouse supervisory role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 🔍
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal 🗣️
Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
A team player with a proactive attitude and leadership skills
Reach Truck License / Experience
