Job Description

Delta Personnel are looking for stores workers to start work in Lancing.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Shift patterns are available:

Job info AM shift

  * 06:00 - 15:30 | Monday - Thursday

  * 06:00 - 12:00 | Friday

Job info PM shift

  * 12:00 – 22:00 | Monday – Thursday

  * 12.00 - 18.00 | Friday

Typical duties

  * Booking in materials: Checking incoming components against purchase or delivery documents.

  * Putting stock away: Allocating products to the correct stores locations.

  * Issuing components: Picking and supplying materials needed by manufacturing teams.

  * Controlling inventory: Recording stock movements accurately using the relevant system.

  * Stocktaking: Completing routine counts and investigating discrepancies.

  * Monitoring shortages: Highlighting low stock, missing parts or damaged materials.

  * Maintaining traceability: Making sure components are correctly labelled and identifiable.

Best candidate profile

Someone who is organised, numerate, computer-literate and highly accurate. Stores, inventory, stock-control or parts-department experience would be especially relevant
