Senior Associate Director – Building Surveying / Asset Manager Location: London or Bath   Salary: £75,000 – £83,000 + 10% monthly car allowance + 8% annual bonus Are you an experienced Senior Associate Building Surveyor ready to take the next step in your career? My client are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Asset Consulting team as an Senior Associate Director - where your expertise and leadership will help shape the future of buildings and infrastructure across some of the most inspiring and iconic projects in the UK and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing Lead multidisciplinary teams and act as Project Director on complex, high-profile projects. Provide strategic advice on building performance, lifecycle planning, and creative reuse. Build and nurture trusted client relationships. Contribute to business development, mentoring, and practice innovation.What We’re Looking For Chartered status (RICS, CIBSE, or equivalent) with a background in building surveying or property consultancy. Proven experience leading complex projects and collaborating across disciplines. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging diverse audiences. A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for improving the sustainability and performance of buildings.
