Strategic HR People Partner (Temporary)

Daily Rate: £400 Inside IR35

Role Purpose:
As a Strategic HR People Partner, you will collaborate closely with a designated functional or departmental area, acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive Committee and Leadership Team. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing people strategies that align with our organisational goals and deliver optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build effective working relationships with senior leaders, influencing and guiding them in developing and executing their people plans in accordance with the broader people strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and support to the leadership team.
Lead and mentor Senior HR Advisors, fostering their professional growth.
Drive annual HR programmes and change initiatives within your designated areas.
Identify gaps in HR policies, facilitating improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
Utilise data and insights to pinpoint areas needing attention, working with leadership to implement solutions. Your Experience Includes:
CIPD qualified or possess equivalent relevant experience, demonstrating the necessary skills and knowledge for this role.
Extensive generalist senior HR experience, particularly in partnering with Executive and Director-level colleagues within a similarly sized organisation.
Proven track record of planning and delivering HR strategic projects effectively.
Ability to leverage HR functions to enhance organisational performance, covering recruitment, engagement, reward, organisational design, talent management, and workforce planning.
Established credibility and trust with Executive and Director-level stakeholders.
Experience in driving employee engagement and cultural transformation.
