Street Operative - Temporary Roles Available
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference in our community? We are seeking two enthusiastic Street Operatives to join our dynamic team in the Waste Management sector. If you enjoy working outdoors and are physically fit, this could be the perfect job for you!
Position Details:
Role: Street Operative
Contract Type: Temporary
Start Date: 20th October 2025Locations & Duration:
Kendal Site:
1 person required
Duration: 1 week only
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 AM - 2 PM
Barrow Site:
1 person required
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks, may be extended
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4 AM - 2 PMWhat You'll Do:
Load and unload refuse wagons
Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
Work as part of a dedicated team to keep our streets clean and greenWho We're Looking For:
