Operational Support Officer
Location: Stores Road, Derby, DE21 4BD
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 5+ Month
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £13.91 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Provide operational support at the Stores Road depot.
Assist with customer service requests, queries, and complaints.
Handle administrative tasks using MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Communicate effectively with customers, especially in challenging situations.
Person Specifications
Must Have:
Eligibility to work in the UK.
5 GCSEs A*-C, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
Admin qualification NVQ level 2 or similar, or relevant administrative experience.
Good IT skills and experience with MS Office.
Strong communication skills for writing letters and emails.
Commitment to customer care principles.
Nice to Have:
Experience in resolving customer service requests and complaints.
