At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future. We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators. This role will be within our Fixed networks team, you’ll join our people who support providing turnkey solutions for the surveying, designing, building and commissioning new networks, while supporting the repair, maintenance and operation of existing networks. Want to come and be a part of it? What will you be doing? This role supports the delivery of telecom infrastructure projects across specific zones. The work involves managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams is part of the daily routine. The role ensures that everyone involved understands what is happening and when. Systems are used to track progress and manage documents. These systems help keep everything organised and up to date. Any issues with systems are handled quickly to avoid delays. Clients are kept informed throughout each project. Questions and concerns are responded to clearly and calmly. Relationships with clients are built over time to encourage trust and future work. Safety and compliance are part of the role. Site visits are carried out to check that rules are followed. If something is not right, steps are taken to fix it. Resources are managed across different projects. This includes working with teams to make sure the right people are in the right place. Support is given when new team members join. Reports are created to show how projects are going. These reports include financial details and other important information. The data is reviewed to spot patterns and suggest improvements. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people and systems. The work is steady and structured.
