The Role The Streetworks De-Looping Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing streetworks activities related to de-looping works. This includes liaising with contractors and local authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records. The role involves significant communication and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and resolution of streetworks issues. Responsibilities * Coordinate and manage daily workflow for De-Looping operations – including starting, stopping and tracking all scheduled jobs * Attend daily and weekly planning meetings to review ongoing, upcoming and completed work * Liaise with Operations to resolve job start/stop issues promptly * Create, manage and submit permits to National Grid; ensure all details are accurately recorded and tracked within internal systems for traceability and compliance * Prepare and upload job packs for upcoming De-Looping projects typically 2-3 weeks ahead * Carry out desktop surveys for new enquiries and input data into internal systems for planner use * Support De-Looping Planners with customer consent documentation and scheduling requirements * Maintain up-to-date permit records and handle any change requests or related information updates Personal Qualities * Highly organised * Strong attention to detail * Good communicator * Proactive and reliable * Team player * Problem solver * Adaptable and flexible * IT literate Qualifications & Training * A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel * GCSEs Grade 4-9 or equivalent * Streetworks SLG Module (desirable) * Working knowledge of Street Manager (desirable) Additional Information Doocey Group value a diverse workforce and welcome applications form all sections of the community, regardless of any protected characteristics.
