Job Description

kolt recruitment are looking for a strip fitter to join a busy accident repair centre based in high wycombe. this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strip fitter to join a well-established bodyshop, working in a fast-paced environment on a variety of vehicles, ensuring repairs are carried out to the highest standards.
key responsibilities:

  * strip and refit vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines

  * remove and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components

  * identify any additional damage during strip down and report accordingly

  * ensure all parts are stored safely and correctly labelled

  * refit vehicles to a high standard, ensuring correct alignment and finish

  * work closely with the workshop team to maintain efficient workflow

requirements:

  * previous experience as a strip fitter within an accident repair centre

  * strong knowledge of vehicle components and repair processes

  * good attention to detail and quality of work

  * ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  * full uk driving licence preferred
