Kolt Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Strip Fitter to join a well-established Accident Repair Centre in Edgware. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a career with a reputable company in the automotive repair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out strip fitting in a range of vehicles to a high standard.
* Removing and refitting panels, trims, mechanical, and electrical components as required.
* Working alongside panel beaters, painters, and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
* Following manufacturer and company guidelines to maintain quality and safety.
* Conducting work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising standards.
Requirements:
* Qualified / time-served Strip Fitter with proven experience in an accident repair or bodyshop environment.
* Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and electrics.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality repairs.
* Full UK driving licence.
