Job Title: Strip-Out Operative – Russell Square, London
Pay: £110 per day (10 hours paid)
Hours: 10 hours per day
Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
Location: Russell Square, London
Start Date: Immediate
Role Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Strip-Out Operatives to join our team on a project in Russell Square. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient removal of non-structural elements, fixtures, and fittings in preparation for refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out strip-out and demolition of internal fixtures, fittings, and finishes
• Safely remove materials and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures
• Work closely with the site supervisor to complete tasks on schedule
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
• Valid CSCS card
• Right to work in the UK
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves, eye protection)
• Previous strip-out or demolition experience preferred but not essential
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions
