They ensure engineering designs are optimised for production and work closely with engineers to validate designs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop detailed Tekla Structures models for structural elements.
* Conduct final QA checks on drawings and models before release to manufacturing.
* Oversee fabrication feasibility, ensuring efficient production processes.
* Lead troubleshooting of technical issues between engineering and manufacturing teams.
* Develop and refine standardised workflows and templates.
* Assist in training T1 and T2 technicians, providing technical mentorship.
* Provide feedback to engineers and designers on design improvements for manufacturability.
