In this role, you'll drive technical solutions for maritime projects, oversee them end-to-end, manage clients and mentor junior team members. You'll also use software like LUSAS, Robot, and AutoCAD to design and analyse ports, marinas, and ship berths.

The Role:
Oversee projects from concept through to completion, including design, budgeting, and site delivery.
Deliver innovative technical solutions for marine and civil infrastructure projects such as marinas, ship berths, flood defences, and renewable energy schemes.
Manage client relationships and communications, ensuring project requirements are understood and met.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members while collaborating closely with directors and peers.
Utilize engineering software and tools for design, analysis, and reporting (e.g., AutoCAD, LUSAS, Robot) to support accurate and practical marine structure solutions.The Person:
