Our client, a main contractor who specialise in new build residential projects across the UK are looking for a degree qualified structural engineer to join their team based in Bradford
As an structural engineer, your duties will include:
Prepare structural designs and supporting calculations for new build housing projects
Carry out site visits and attend design team meetings for ongoing projects
Carry out structural inspections, report on defects and recommend remedial worksThe successful candidate will have:
A relevant degree (BSc or equivalent) + minimum 3 years professional experience, preferably in the residential sector
A track record of producing structural designs and supporting calculations
A desire to work towards ICE or I. Struct.E chartered member status
