This is your opportunity to join a well-established engineering consultancy as a Structural Revit Technician to enhance its growing and dynamic team London.
This position presents a valuable opportunity for a technician with prior experience in a design office environment who is eager to advance their career and broaden their technical capabilities.
The role offers a clear development path, including structured training and support.
The successful applicant will become part of a skilled and collaborative team involved in a wide range of projects. These include developments for healthcare organisations, major automotive manufacturers, prestigious universities, property developers, educational institutions, and local authorities.
Main duties:
Creation of high-quality technical drawings and documentation using both AutoCAD and Revit
Detailed structural drafting in steelwork, concrete, masonry, and timber
Production of general arrangements, sections, detailed drawings, and 3D models
Adherence to company BIM protocols and industry standards within set project deadlines
Coordination with internal team members and external consultants to ensure integrated and consistent design delivery
About you:
Ideally qualified with an ONC, HNC, or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering
Demonstrable experience within a UK-based structural design office (details to be discussed at interview)
Strong proficiency in Revit Structure and AutoCAD is essential
Hands-on experience in detailing new-build structures using various materials, including steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber
The ideal candidate will exhibit meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and strong interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude and a clear drive to meet project targets and professional development goals are essential.
