Job Description
Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Digital Delivery Specialist/Structural Revit Technician to join a global engineering and construction firm, in an outside IR35 contract position. You will be required to work on a hybrid basis, with 2-3 days a week in our clients London office, working on a variety of diverse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and support Structural BIM coordination following ISO 19650 standards, including model setup, clash detection, simulations, and presentations.
-Develop and execute digital delivery standards, tools, and QA/QC processes to meet project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Collaborate on project planning and compliance, including digital delivery scheduling, cloud services, and content creation (e.g., parametric families).
-Conduct data research and audits, provide budget estimates, and recommend digital delivery methods in alignment with company and legal standards.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction, or related field with 3 years of experience, or Foundation Degree/HND with 4 years, or HNC with 5 years, or High School qualification with 6 years of experience.
-Strong understanding of Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, and ACC; with the ability to integrate models across multiple platforms and stakeholders.
-Experienced in applying digital delivery methods throughout all project work stages.
-Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Desirable:
-Structural Engineering background.
-Data Centre experience is ideal, although will consider complex project experience.
-Dynamo, PyRevit, DAX, Power Query, Python, or visual scripting experienceBefore You Apply
