Role Overview:
Position: Structural Revit Technician
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Contract Length: 3 months initially (long-term sick cover, likely extension)
Rate: £25 - £35 per hour (outside IR35 potential)
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Production and coordination of structural Revit models for large-scale industrial projects
Collaboration with engineers and design teams to deliver accurate technical drawings
Ensuring models are compliant with BIM standards and client requirements
Supporting ongoing project delivery during team member absence
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Structural Revit Technician
Strong background in industrial or large-scale projects
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Excellent Revit modelling and detailing skills
