Support the optimisation of CRM journeys and applicant engagement strategies through data-driven insight. Refine analytical frameworks, forecasting methodologies and performance measures to strengthen understanding of recruitment performance. Contribute analytical expertise to system enhancements, reporting improvements and institution-wide projects relating to recruitment, admissions and planning. Present insights, forecasts and recommendations to a range of stakeholders, translating complex analysis for non-technical audiences. Collaborate with colleagues across the University to embed evidence-based decision-making and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring: Experience analysing student recruitment pipelines within a higher education environment. A strong understanding of recruitment and conversion dynamics across the student lifecycle, from enquiry through to enrolment. Experience creating and applying forecasting models, scenario planning and performance projections. The ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making. Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms. Experience producing dashboards, reports and visualisations that communicate information clearly and effectively. Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data quality, accuracy and integrity. Experience using data to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives. The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting findings and recommendations to a range of audiences. Experience influencing decision-making through the interpretation of complex data and analytical insight. A collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and functions.
