Student Support Assistant – Lambeth – Primary School – ASAP Start – £90-£110 Per Day – Full-Time
* Student Support Assistant required in a primary school in Lambeth
* Student Support Assistant required Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
* Student Support Assistant required to start ASAP
* Must have experience supporting children with SEMH needs on a one-to-one basis in a primary school setting

The Role – Student Support Assistant
As a Student Support Assistant, you will provide one-to-one support to a pupil with SEMH needs, helping them to engage in learning and build positive relationships in school. You will offer consistent academic and emotional support throughout the day, encouraging focus, resilience and self-confidence. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will help to implement tailored support plans and targeted interventions. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic and proactive, with a calm and supportive approach to behaviour management.
