Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day running of studio sessions and technical equipment.
Provide high-level technical and creative input across recording, mixing, and mastering sessions.
Work directly with artists, producers, and clients to deliver outstanding results.
Develop and implement business development strategies to bring in new clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
Studio Equipment & Software Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with analogue consoles and a wide selection of professional microphones.
Advanced knowledge of Logic Pro X and Pro Tools.
Proficiency with Waves plugins and other professional VST plugins.
Studio Experience:
Proven track record of working in professional studio environments.
Strong portfolio of recordings that you have recorded, mixed, produced, or mastered.
Business Development:
Clear evidence of past success in bringing new business into studios or creative spaces.
