Job Description
Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 national Civil Engineering firm to hire a Sub Agent to join their permanent team based in Middlesborough.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site activities
* Coordinate with engineering staff and support where needed
* Monitor and report progress against project schedule and milestones
* Ensure HSE compliance,
* Assist in preparation of site reports and RAMS
* Maintain accurate records
* Identify and resolve technical or operational issues
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or equivalent experience
* 3+ years of experience in a site-based supervisory role (Section Engineer/Project Engineer)
* SMSTS or SSSTS certification
* CSCS Card
