Job Description
I am currently working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to hire an experienced sub agent to work closely with the site agent and engineers.
For this role we would look at Sub Agent from a trades background as well as engineering!!
This Role Falls Outside IR35!!!
Sub Agent Responsibilities:
* Management of subcontractors
* Ensure that inspection and test plans, risk assessments, and method statements for the control of the works are reviewed, approved, and adhered to.
* Management of health and safety.
* Qulity management.
* Overseeing the engineering team.
* Daily record keeping and briefings
* Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification.
Sub Agent Requirements:
* Temporary Works Supervisor
* CSCS card - Gold/Black.
* SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience within the civil engineering sector ideally water based.
* Strong communication skills.
