Job Description
Assembly Operatives
Our popular manufacturing client based in the Shropshire Countryside between Wellington and Shrewsbury is looking for expand their team by recruiting a number of full time temporary – permanent assembly operatives.
Your role once trained, you will be rotating between all Sub-Assembly areas, this will include a powder coating area, operation of the sub-assembly machinery, quality control and be preparing and packing products following instructions.
You will also be assisting in stock taking and discrepancy investigation, cleaning the sub assembly area as per the warehouse cleaning regime, ensuring that all working areas are clean and tidy at the end of each operation.
Ideal Candidate
• Have experience in a manufacturing environment
• Has working knowledge of any machines
• Common Sense
• Good grasp of Math
• Ability to work as a team member or by themselves
• Sense of Humour
Preferable:
• Bendi FLT licence (Not Essential)
Hours
There is a choice of the following shifts temporary to permanent
Sub Assembly Operative Afternoons £13.10 p/h Monday- Friday 2pm-10pm
Sub Assembly Operatives X2 Days £12.30p/h Monday- Friday 6am-2pm
Sub Assembly operative shift £13.10 p/h two week rotating shift of Mon- Fri 6am-2pm alternate with M-T 2pm-11pm Fri- 2pm-5:30pm
