The Role

Lead the Design Technology department, driving standards and innovation across DT and Food Technology.
Inspire and motivate staff and students to achieve excellence.
Support trainee teachers, fostering professional growth and development.
Ensure high standards of behaviour management and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with senior leaders to shape curriculum design and departmental strategy.
