GSL Education are currently recruiting a Subject Specialist to join a progressive school in Wingerworth. The role of Subject Specialist is perfect for someone who can provide high-quality academic support and contribute to the school’s learning environment.
As a Subject Specialist your Role Will Include:
Supporting the delivery of engaging lessons within your specialist subject.
Offering focused assistance to students needing extra help.
Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and adapt resources.
Helping monitor student understanding and providing feedback.
Fostering enthusiasm and confidence in subject learning.
Requirements for a Subject Specialist:
Previous experience working with students is preferable.
A confident communicator with a student-centered approach.
Knowledgeable in your subject area and committed to academic excellence.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
