We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Subscriptions Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on managing and growing our group accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in subscription sales, excellent account management skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities:
New Acquisitions: Identify and acquire new group subscription accounts through targeted sales efforts and strategic outreach.
Account Renewals: Manage the renewal process for existing group accounts, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
Account Management and Service: Provide exceptional service to group accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue goals alongside the subscription marketing team
Skills and experience:
Proven experience in subscription sales, preferably within the B2B publishing or media industry.
Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service and retention.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Proficiency in managing and using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
Excellent analytical skills
