Protected CPD Time | Weekly Paid Wellness Hour | 25 Days AL+Bank Holidays We’re working with a respected charity partner to recruit an Experienced Social Worker for a 30-hour per week fixed-term position within a specialist service based in South East London. This is an opportunity to join a team delivering targeted support to individuals with multiple and complex needs, including substance misuse, mental health challenges, safeguarding concerns, and social care involvement. The role offers a competitive pro rata salary, flexible working within a compassionate team, and the chance to contribute to meaningful change in the lives of vulnerable people. Key Details: Location: South East London Hours: 30 hours per week Salary: £37,184.90 – £44,471.72 (pro rata, depending on experience) Additional Allowance: Inner London weighting (pro rata) Contract Type: Fixed-term until 31st March 2026 Role Overview: As a senior practitioner in the team, you will support the management of complex cases and provide specialist input on safeguarding, domestic abuse, self-neglect, and multi-agency coordination. You’ll also mentor and develop team members, contribute to reflective practice, and support service development initiatives.
