Supervising Social Worker | The Fostering Company (Five Rivers) | £33,755 – £39,547 + £4,500 Car Allowance We are working with The Fostering Company, part of the Five Rivers Child Care Group, to recruit a Supervising Social Worker to join their established team in Newcastle. Role Overview As a Supervising Social Worker, you will support foster carers across the Northeast, ensuring they are equipped to provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for children and young people. You will hold a realistic and manageable caseload, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality supervision and meaningful support. You will work within a trauma-informed and therapeutic practice model, supported by access to clinical expertise and structured supervision. The role offers flexibility in how you manage your time, alongside strong organisational support.
