This is a hybrid role so you can work 2 days per week from the office in Cardiff and the rest from home. This will allow you to have a good work - life balance while still being part of a team.
Responsibilities of the Supervising Social Worker:
The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a manageable caseload of 10 - 12 foster families
The foster carers are located mostly around the Cardiff area, with a few towards Bridgend, Merthyr and Chepstow.
Requirements:

you have experience in fostering
you drive
