Supervising Social Worker
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 + £1,500 car allowance
NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Hybrid working-only one day a week in the office for meetings, otherwise you work autonomously
Small, supportive team-decisions are made quickly and they encourage new/creative approaches
No Form F's-but there is an opportunity to complete them for an additional payment if you wanted to
30 days annual leave + bank holidays
Training opportunities-diversify your skill set and learn more about a trauma informed approach
Access to therapist and well being support Responsibilities:
Hold a small caseload of carers in the Nottinghamshire area
Supporting and supervising them to ensure the highest standards of care are metRequirements:
2-3 years post qualified experience, preferably in fostering
Registration with Social work England (SWE)
