Supervising Social Worker
Location: Northamptonshire or Cambridge (with flexible home-working)
Salary: Up to £45,000
Regional Fostering Services (RFS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our highly regarded independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support a caseload of approximately 10–13 foster carers across Northamptonshire or Bedforshire or Cambridge and surrounding areas.
* Provide high-quality supervision, guidance, and support to foster families, ensuring the best outcomes for children and young people.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, professionals, and local authorities to promote safeguarding and wellbeing.
* Contribute to training and development initiatives for foster carers.
(Please note: this role does not involve completing Form F assessments—your focus will be on supervision and support.)

Requirements
* Qualified and registered Social Worker (SWE)
* Experience working within fostering or children’s services.
* A valid driving licence and access to a car.
