Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9-hour days (increasing to 12-hour shifts from Spring 2026)
Overview:
Corrie Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a major energy infrastructure project near Peterhead.
This is a long-term opportunity — part of a five-year development — offering excellent job security and potential career progression within a major civil engineering programme.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Site Management team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site operations
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures
* Organise and lead site operatives and subcontractors
* Monitor quality and progress of works, working closely with Site Engineer
* Assist in planning upcoming works and ensuring correct resources are in place
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* SSSTS certification
* EUSR (Cat 1 or 2) – preferred (can be obtained after starting if not already held)
* Previous experience supervising civil engineering or infrastructure works
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Commitment to maintaining high HSEQ standards
Package & Conditions:
* Competitive hourly or day rate (PAYE)
