We are recruiting experienced Supervisors for a leading civil engineering subcontractor working on a major highways project in Norwich, delivering approximately 10km of new carriageway.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team on a long-term infrastructure project with consistent hours and competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising site teams on highways construction works
Ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations
Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
Maintaining high quality and productivity standards
Liaising with site management and subcontractorsRequirements:
Gold CSCS Card
Highways Passport
SMSTS or SSSTS
EUSR (Categories 1 & 2)
SWQR
Safety Critical certification
Proven experience in highways or major infrastructure projectsWhat's on Offer:
