Job Description
Site Supervisor - Roofing Projects
Berkshire / Oxfordshire (Based near Hungerford)
£45,000-£50,000 DOE + Package (Van & Fuel Card Included)
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee full roof covering replacement projects across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. You'll be managing up to 6 roofing teams, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and on time.
What We're Looking For:
Based within 1 hour of Hungerford
Strong background in site supervision and health & safety
Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site role (no home working)
IT literate - confident using Outlook, basic Excel, and an iPad daily
Roofing experience is preferred but not essential
Qualifications required: SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS
