Supervisor | Outdoor Retailer | Hawkshead | Up to £13.10 per hour | Full-Time
Are you passionate about the outdoors and ready to take the next step in your retail career? Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Supervisor to join a well-known outdoor retailer in Hawkshead. As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store - leading by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service, and helping to create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and your team.

What you'll be doing:
Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running day-to-day operations
Lead by example on the shop floor to deliver outstanding customer service
Help to motivate and guide the team to meet sales targets and deliver a great in-store experience
Take responsibility for opening and closing the store
Assist with stock control, visual merchandising, and maintaining high store standards
Be a product ambassador, offering expert advice and sharing your passion for the outdoors
What we're looking for:
Previous retail experience as a Supervisor, Keyholder, or Senior Sales Assistant
A genuine interest in outdoor products and an active lifestyle
A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to leading a team
Confidence to deliver great service and support the wider management team
Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and peak retail periods
