Salary: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 40 – 44 hours per week
Shifts: Flexibility required – start times of either 4:00 AM or 8:30 AM
We are currently seeking a reliable, hands-on Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced team in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and support the team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard
Monitor performance and provide clear direction to staff on shift
Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
Report and escalate any issues to management
Assist with training and development of new team members
Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
About You:
Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role
Comfortable working early mornings and rotating start times (4:00 AM or 8:30 AM)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to motivate and manage a team effectively
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours
Positive attitude and a hands-on approach
